流动便携式重症监护治疗（ICU）病房的创建及在载人航天航天员医疗保障中的应用

目的：为适应突发灾害事故、载人航天航天员的医疗保障及救护及局部战争中伤员现场救护的需要，提倡和实施现代救护的新概念和技能，探讨流动便携式重症监护治疗（ICU）病房的创建与应用。方法：回顾与分析国内外有关突发灾害、载人航天航天员意外伤害及局部战争造成伤害的资料并分析其原因，结合我们多次参加医疗紧急救治的体会，从设备配置、人员强化培训及组织等方面创建了流动便携式ICU病房。结果：流动便携式重症监护治疗（ICU）病房在我国载人航天首飞航天员的医疗保障及救护中得到了应用，能达到“快速反应、立体救护”的目的，能使危重病现场救治规则、卫勤保障原则更趋于合理，抢救成功率更高。结论：危重病特种伤目前已成为人们日常生活中及现代高技术局部战争中最主要的杀手之一，现场急救需要“快速反直，立体救护”危重病现场急救新模式，流动便携式重症监护治疗（ICU）病房的创建可以达到这一目的，能够降低突发灾害及局部战争中伤塌的伤残率和死亡率。

Establishment and Application of a Mobile Intensive Care Unit for the Needs of Rescue Astronaut

Objective:To discuss the experience of establishment of a mobile intensive care unit(ICU)for the needs of rescue astronaut, disaster,and local war.Method:To review the data from foreign nations and our country,and together with our clinical experience of first-aid,we established a mobile ICU.All the work included equipment,drugs,training,and organization.Result:The mobile ICU was used in rescue of the first Chinese astronaut,and could realize the destination of swift response and air-and-ground first- aid.The new model of swift response made the regulations and principle of first-aid more reasonable,and increased the survival rate significantly.Conclusions:Critical diseases have become the number 1 killer in people's daily life,as well as war.The first-aid on spot need the new model of swift response and air-and-ground first-aid,and the mobile intensive care unit can decrease the invalidity and mortality.
