在感染疾病科应用弹性排班的效果分析

目的：探讨弹性排班对节约人力成本的作用。方法：根据季节性、工作量，合理安排护士人力配置，在保证护理质量的基础上，实行弹性排班制。比较弹性排班制前后护理人力、工作量、护理质量的情况。结果：弹性排班制前、后比较，全年来诊人数分别为24672人次和38641人次，增加56．6％，护士人力仅增加14．3％，护士夜班人力减少9．0％，病人满意度、护理质量评分均无明显变化。结论：弹性排班不仅使护理管理者能最大限度地调动和合理利用人力资源，保证病人的护理需要，而且有助于较好地控制和节约人力成本。
