| 摘 要： | 目的:提高住院药房的工作效率和服务质量。方法:改进传统工作流程,实行"药品统一编码,小组分区包干,全员流水作业"的工作模式。结果与结论:住院药房通过改进工作流程,明确了责任分工,提高了工作效率。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To improve the work efficiency and service quality in the inpatient dispensary. METHODS： The traditional workflow was replaced by new work mode in which unified coding of all drugs, contract responsibility system, and flow process were carried out. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Through improving workflow in the inpatient dispensary, the responsibility division has been established, and the work efficiency has been improved. |
