复方护肺颗粒镇咳袪痰平喘的药效学作用

目的:研究复方护肺颗粒的镇咳、袪痰、平喘作用。方法:采用枸橼酸引咳法和喷雾致喘法观察复方护肺颗粒对豚鼠的镇咳和平喘作用,采用气管对酚红的排泌法观察复方护肺颗粒对小鼠化痰作用。结果:与对照组比较,复方护肺颗粒能使豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期、哮喘潜伏期明显延长;可使小鼠气管粘膜排泌的酚红量增加。结论:复方护肺颗粒具有良好的镇咳、化痰、平喘作用。

Study on the antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of compound protected-lung granules

OBJECTIVE To investigate the antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of compound protected-lung granules.METHODS Citric acid was used to induce cough and the atomization was conducted to produce asthma,by using the both methods the antibechic and anti-asthmatic effects of compound protected-lung granules were observed in guinea-pigs.The trachea excretion of phenol red method was used to study the reduction of phlegm in mice.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the compound protected-lung granules could inhibit cough,prolong asthma latent period in guinea-pigs;and increase the excretion of phenol red quantity in mice.CONCLUSION Compound protected-lung granules have antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.
