| 摘 要： | 目的：提高嵌顿性斜疝术前还纳的有效率和安全性，初步评价局部低温法在嵌顿性斜疝急救中的作用。方法：对发病0.5-4h的11例嵌顿性斜疝患者，在采取特殊体位及镇静后，以冰袋覆压于嵌顿疝局部，还纳后行疝修补术同时进行肠管探查。结果：11例患者全部于30－45min内实现还纳，9例继行疝修补术，术中未见肠坏死征象，未行手术的2例患者还纳后未不良反应。结论：结果提示，局部低温法作为手术的配套措施，有一定可行性，可提高疝还纳的有效性和安全性，有效避免肠坏死。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study a more effective and safe reposition of incarcerated oblique hernia (IOH) in order to avoid probably unnecessary enterectomy. Methods: Local cryotherapy was used in the 11 patients with IOH no response to routine manipulation. The method was putting ice packs on the skin abround IOH after keeping the IOH far above other abdominal wall. Results: All the 11 IOHs were reposited within 20-45min before the scheduled repair of hernia. Conclusion: Local cryotherapy was effective and safely method for reposition of IOH. |
