| 摘 要： | 作者报道２例患者使用心律平所致心律失常。１例为病态窦房结综合征，安装永久人工心脏起搏器后，因室性过早搏动使用心律平而诱发室速。另１例为冠心病，用心律平首剂后出现室性过早搏动加重，再次服用心律平致室速、室颤。表明心律平在治疗心律失常的同时有致室性心律失常的作用。

| Abstract: | wo eases in which propafen one was taken and led to arrhythmia were reported.Case
one suf-fered from sick Sinus syndrome and was treated by permanent pacemaker.Because of
ventricular pre-mature beats, propafenone was taken and led to ventricular tachycardia. Case
two is that a patientwhO suffered from coronary heart diease,The ventricular premature became
more serious after takingfirst dose of propafenone,and when the propafenone was taken
again,the ventricular prematureturned into ventricular tachycadia and ventricular fibrillation,It
shows that propafenone can lead toventricular arrhythmia when it is used to treat arrhythmia |
