前列腺切除术后连续硬膜外镇痛疗法的应用

目的:探讨前列腺切除术后不同镇痛方法的临床效果。方法;选取耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除患者69例,随机分成两组,Ⅰ组39例,术后以硬膜外持续注药（CEIA）法镇痛。Ⅱ组30例,术后以肌注强痛定、异丙嗪或哌替啶50mg止痛。术后以VAS评分观察镇痛效果、对比冲洗膀胱时间用液量及术后并发症。结果:Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组比较膀胱痉挛性疼痛次数少,持续时间短,冲洗膀胱时间缩短,副作用少,两组差异显著。结沦:CEIA对前列腺术后患者镇痛效果良好,副作用少,有利于术后恢复。

Application of continuous Epidural injection analgesia following prostatectomy

Objective To evaluate the clinic effects of different pain-relief methods following prostatectomy. Method 69 cases of patients undergoing suprapubic prostatectomy were divided into two groups randomly. 39 cases of group I accepted continuous epidural infusion analgesia(CEIA), and 30 cases of group II accepted injection of dolantin 50mg to relief pain. Evaluate the pain-relief effects by using VSA score, contrasting the lasting hours and liquid quantity of rinse urinary bladder, contrasting the complications of the operation. Results Group I is superior to group II with the times of bladder spasna and duration, lasting hours of rinse bladder and complications, and there is a significant difference betweent them. Conclusion The analgesia effects of CEIA following prostatectomy are very well, CEIA reduce the side effects of the prostatectomy, and is propitious to resume after operations.
