KAI1蛋白的表达与胃癌转移关系的研究

目的:探讨KAI1蛋白的表达与胃癌转移的关系。方法:免疫组化方法对10例正常人及51例胃癌患者组织中的KAI1蛋白表达分别进行检测。结果:在正常及胃癌组织中均有不同程度的KAI1蛋白表达,胃癌伴淋巴结转移的KAI1蛋白表达水平明显低于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.01);表达的降低或缺失与肿瘤的组织学分级(P<0.05)和淋巴结转移(P<0.05)明显相关;KAI1蛋白表达阳性者和阴性者的3年生存率分别为82.3%和49.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:KAI1蛋白低表达在胃癌的转移中起一定的作用。

Study the relation of the expression of KAI1 with gastric carcinoma

Objective: To explore the expression of KAI1 in gastric carcinoma (GC) and its relationship with the metastasis of GC.Methods: 51 cases of GC and 10 cases of normal person were detected with immunohistochemistry respectively.Results: There were positive expression in both GC and normal group with different degree. The level of expression of KAI1 in GC with lymph node metastasis was lower than that of without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The loss or reduction of KAI1 expression had relationships with histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The 3-years survival rate of KAI1 positive expression was 82.3%, and the 3-years survival rate of KAI1 negative expression was 49.0%, and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The low expression of KAI1 in GC play a role in metastasis of GC.
