大剂量球蛋白辅助治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎16例

目的 观察大剂量静脉注射免疫球蛋白治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法 毛细支气管炎30例,随机分为大剂量静脉注射免疫球蛋白组(IVIG)和对照组。对照组采用吸氧、镇静、雾化吸入、平喘及抗生素等常规治疗,大剂量IVIG组在常规治疗基础上每日1次IVIG 0.5g/kg,用2～4天,观察疗效。结果大剂量IVIG组与对照组比较,明显缩短吸氧时间、哮鸣音消失时间及住院时间(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 大剂量IVIG对婴幼儿毛细支气管炎有良好疗效。

Treatment of Bronchitis with Large Dosage Immunoglobulin

Objetive Observe the effect of the treatment of brouchibis with intravenous injection of large dosage immanoglobulin. Methods 30 patients with brouchitis were raudomly divided into control group and the group with intravenous injection of large dosage immuno-globulin. Coutrol group was treated with routine treatment by using antibiotic and the treatments of inhaling oxygen, trauquilizing the patients, inhaling the necessary medicine, calming asthma. Based on the routine treatment, the group with intravenous injection of large dosage immunoglobubin was given intravenous injection IVIG 0. 5g/kg once a day for 2~4 days. Then observe the effect of the treatment. Results Compared with control group,the group with intravenous injection of big deal immunoglobulin obviously reduced the time of inhaling oxygen, the disappearing of asthmatic sound and hospitalization. Conclusion The treatment of brouchitis with big deal immunogolobulin has a clear curative effect.
