| 摘 要： | 对61例急性髓性白血病（AML）在HOAP方案第一疗程化疗第6天骨髓象作前瞻性观察。发现此时限骨髓白血病原始细胞百分率＜40％并骨髓白血病原始细胞降低指数＞50的病例完全缓解（CR）率达80．6％（25／31例），以上指标一项或二项不符合者仅11．1％（3／27例）病例CR（P＜0．001）。表明本法可较早地预测HOAP方案治疗AML的效果。

| Abstract: | 61 patients with acute myeloid leukemia bone marrow aspirate was per-formed on the sixth day of a 7-day induction chemotherapy regimen using HOAP.The observation discovered that 31 patients with marrow blast decrease index (MBOI6) above 50 and percentage of marrow remaing blast cell (MBC%) below 40% in the sixth day 25(80. 6% ) achieved complete remission (CR). Among the group of 27 patients with MBDI6 balow 50 and/or MBC% above 40%, only 3 (11-1%) attained CR (P<0.01).It indicate that combining assessment of MBDI6 and MBC% of the bone mar-row in the sixth day of chemotherapy might predict early the effect of HOAP regi-men. |
