| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ｂｃｌ－ｘ基因在白血病中的表达及意义，方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测１９例白血病及４株白血病细胞中Ｂｃｌ－ｘ的表达，并用Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ免疫印迹法确定白血病细胞株中Ｂｃｌ－ｘ表达形式。结果：白血病中Ｂｃｌ－ｘ阳性率为７３．７％（１４／１９），４株白血病细胞均表达Ｂｃｌ－ｘ－１形式。结果：白血病细胞中Ｂｃｌ－ｘ１表达可能与白血病发病有关。

| Abstract: | Aim: To observe whether or not bcl-x gene wasexpressed in leukemic cells. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was applied to test the expression in 19 cases ofleukemia and 4 leukemic cell lines. Western blot was used todefine the form of Bcl-x. Results: The positive rate is73. 7% (14/19) in leukemia cases. Four leukemic cell linesexpress the Bcl-x-l. Conclusion: Bcl-x-1 might be relatedwith the pathogenesis of leukemia. |
