摘 要: | 目的:研究SARS定点医院不同岗位工作人员白细胞分类及红细胞天然免疫黏附功能(erythrocyte innate immune adhesion function, EIIAF)的变化,了解SARS定点医院医务人员生理机能的变化.方法:将研究对象分成5组,分别为SARS定点医院门诊检验人员组、SARS一线人员组、非SARS病区人员组、医院机关人员组以及院外对照组.对以上各组人员分别进行白细胞分类及EIIAF测定.SARS特异性IgG抗体的检测采用ELISA法.结果:SARS定点医院各组人员的白细胞总数显著高于院外对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);SARS一线人员和门诊检验人员的EIIAF显著低于非SARS病区人员和机关人员(P<0.01),其中有37.5%的SARS一线人员的EIIAF低于正常人平均水平.6位参与重症SARS抢救而无显性发病的医务人员EIIAF全部处于高表达水平(与正常人群平均水平比较,P<0.05).结论:SARS环境中的工作人员机体处于应激状态,与SARS密切接触的一线人员机体存在免疫清除过程,亚健康状态可能是SARS相关医务人员易感的重要原因之一.

Changes of white blood cells count and erythrocyte innate immune adhesion function in staff of SARS hospital |

Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of the white blood cells(WBC) and erythrocytes innate immune adhesion function(EIIAF) in staff in SARS hospitals, and to investigate their physiology changes. Methods: Rapid assay of EIIAF and WBC counts were performed by Sysmex K4500 in 5 groups:staff in Lab and outpatient service,frontline SARS combat, non SARS areas, office,and the controls outside the SARS hospital. Results: The number of WBC in all groups in SARS hospital were significantly higher than that of controls outside SARS hospital( P <0.05, P <0.01).The activity of erythrocytes innate immune adhering antigen in doctors and nurses worked in SARS cells was significantly lower than those worked in non SARS cells and offices( P <0.01). Totally 37.5% of doctors and nurses in SARS cells had a lower EIIAF than those of normal individuals. The EIIAF in 6 staff members worked in severe SARS emergency were all at high levels compared with healthy individual ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Staff worked in SARS cells may suffer immune clearance; the sub healthy conditions may be the causes of SARS infection in doctors or nurses. |
