| 摘 要： | 目的：为了解老年人单纯性肥胖者胰岛素抵抗的变化规律及其有关因素。方法：对38例老年单纯性肥胖及30例正常老年人的胰岛素敏感指数、血脂谱进行分析研究。结果：与正常对照组相比较,单纯性肥胖组胰岛素敏感指数、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,载脂蛋白A1水平显著性下降（P＜0．05）,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著升高,血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白B100水平均明显上升（P＜0．05）。结论：老年人单纯性肥胖者有明显的胰岛素抵抗及血脂紊乱存在。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the simple obesity and insulin resistance in elderly. Methods Thirty-eight patients with simple obesity and 30 normal senile subjects have been measured of TC,TG,HDL,LDL,ApoAl,Apo B100,fast serum glucose and fast serum insulin,insulin sensitive index(ISI). Results The levels of plasma TG,TC,LDL,Apo B100 in the obesity group were significantly higher than those of the normal controls whereas the levles of plasma HDL-C,ApoAl and ISI were significantly lower. Conclusions It seems that senile simple obesity is often associated with insulin resistance and abnormalities in levels of plasma lipids. |
