声带振动模式与喉病关系的研究

应用频闪喉镜电视录像系统对５０例正常人、１９４例喉病患者进行了声带振动模式的研究。结果是，正常人声带振动模式大致相同。喉病病人中，多数良性，浅表现变者表现为粘膜波动异常，声带振不受影响；多数恶性，深在病变则表现为粘膜波动消失的同时，声带振动异常。

The study to the vibrative pattern of vocal cords

The vibrative pattern of vocal cords was investigated with the application:of the system of laryngeal stroboscope and video tape recordering in 50 normal volunteers and 194 patients with voice or laryngeal disoders. The results showed that in patient's groups,the vibratory patterns of vocal cords were irregular and variable due to the different natures and degrees of lesion, and in normal subjects,the vibratory patterns were symmetrical and coordinative. Generally speaking,the mucosal wave of vocal cords was decreased in the vocal cords with benign or more superficial lesions,the mucosal wave not only ceaseded but also the vibration was affected in malignant or deeper lesions. We found that the vibratory pattern occured suitable changes with the developing .of the pathological states. This is of significant importance in diagnosis and prognosis of disease.
