| 摘 要： | 目的：对我院抗菌药物的使用进行调查分析,为合理用药提供依据。方法：对我院门诊患者使用抗菌治疗342491例进行调查,统计分析了抗菌药物的使用率、药物品种、用药频度、配伍方式、联用情况、平均药品费用,并进行合理性评价。结果：抗菌药物的使用率为46.85%,涉及10类40种,以单一用药为主,占60.8%。口服用药占总用药频度的79.38%,评价为合理用药的占65.66%,平均每例/次患者的药品费用为81.85元。结论：我院门诊抗菌药物使用基本合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To analyze the utilization of antibiotics in our hospital for reference of rational drug use. METHODS: 342 491 outpatients treated with antibiotics in our hospital were received a statistical analysis in respect of the rate of patients receiving antibiotics,drug varieties,DDDs,compatibility,drug combination,average drug cost and rationality of drug use.
