| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨晚期或复发性盆腔恶性肿瘤更好的介入治疗方法。方法：对８９例盆腔肿瘤病人，采用一侧股动脉插管双侧髂内动脉灌注化疗药物并栓塞肿瘤血管。结果：根据临床表现和影像学检查结果综合判断疗效：完全缓解３９例，部分缓解２７ 例，无变化１８ 例，病情恶化５ 例。总有效率为７４．２％ 。结论：此介入治疗方法对晚期或复发性盆腔恶性肿瘤是一种比较理想、安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the better interventional treatment method for advanced or recurrent intrapelvic malignancy tumors.Methods:Bilateral internal iliac artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization were performed through unilateral femoral artery catheterization in 89 cases.Results:39 patients were complete response(CR),27 patients were partial response(PR),18 patients were no changes(NC)and 5 patients were partial degeneration(PD).The total responsive rate was 74.2%.Conclusion:The interventional treatment is a safer and effective method for advanced or recurrent intrapelvic malignancy tumors. |
