| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法和原子吸收光谱法对不同产地的３１件延胡索药材的两种叔胺生物碱（延胡索甲素和乙素）和８种常见金属元素（Ｆｅ，Ｚｎ，Ｃｕ，Ｍｎ，Ｎｉ，Ｓｒ，Ｐｂ和Ｃｄ）的含量进行了测定。通过统计回归分析发现：药材中延胡索甲素的含量与Ｆｅ，Ｚｎ，Ｍｎ和Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ比具有明显的相关关系（ｒ＝０．７７０２，Ｐ＜０．０１）；延胡索乙素与Ｆｅ含量呈正相关（ｒ＝０．５０５１，Ｐ＜０．０１）；胡延索甲素与乙素的相关性为（ｒ＝０．６５０３，Ｐ＜０．０１）。延胡索经炮制后，Ｆｅ含量明显增加，生物碱含量稍有变化，其它元素含量变化不大。以上结果表明中药延胡索的活性可能是有机成份与金属元素相互作用的结果

| Abstract: | The contents of eight metallic elements (Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Ni, Sr, Pb, Cd) and two main alkaoids( dl tetrahydropalmatine and d corydaline) in 31 Rhizoma corydalis samples were determined by AAS and RP HPLC methods respectively Based on the results obtained, the correlation between alkaoids and metallic elements was investigated, The results showed that the contents of dl tetrahydropalmatine were correlated with Fe( r =0 5051, P <0 01), and d corydaline was correlated with Fe,Zn, Mn, and Zn/Cu( r =0 7702, P <0 01) The content of Fe in processing samples (Vinegar processing) was higher, but the content of its alkaloids was lower than that of crude samples |
