中西医结合治疗COPD继发肺部真菌感染

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）继发肺部真菌感染的临床疗效。方法：将我院2008年12月～2009年7月收治的69例COPD继发肺部真菌感染患者随机分为两组，观察组35例采用中西医结合治疗，对照组34例采用单独西药治疗，比较分析两组的疗效。结果：观察组有效率为91．4％，对照组有效率为70．6％，两组间有显著性差异；两组的不良反应发生率比较，无显著性差异。结论：中西医结合治疗COPD继发肺部真菌感染疗效满意，且安全性好，值得推广应用。

Treating secondary pulmonary fungal infection from COPD in the integrated medicine

Objective： To explore the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD） with secondary pulmonary fungal infection. Methods From December 2008 to July 2009 in our hospital, 69 cases of COPD with secondary pulmonary fungal infection were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group （35 cases） were treated by integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the control group （34 cases） were treated by Western medicine alone, the efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The effective rate in observation group was 91.4% and that in the control group was 70.6%,there was significant difference between the two groups; there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups.Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of COPD with secondary pulmonary fungal infection has satisfactory effect and good safety, it is worth spreading.
