三维DSA技术在脑动静脉畸形诊断及介入治疗中的应用价值

摘    要:目的评价三维DSA(3D DSA)技术在脑动静脉畸形(AVM)诊治中的应用价值。方法对25例患者所做3D DSA影像与传统二维DSA(2D DSA)进行比较,分析AVM在3D DSA上的影像表现及显示方法。结果与2D DSA相比,3D DSA能明确显示AVM的畸形血管团、供血动脉和引流静脉。结论3D DSA的重建技术对影像信息的收集非常重要,在介入治疗过程中具有重要价值,能够提供许多2D DSA不能提供的血管内治疗信息。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the role of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography (3D DSA) in diagnosis and interventional treatment of brain arteriovenous malformations (AVM). Method 3D DSA images of 25 cases with AVM were compared with 2D DSA images to identify the character of AVM on 3D DSA image. Result Compared with 2D DSA,the image of 3D DSA in AVM had advantage in clearly displaying the nidus, feeding artery and draining vein.
