司法人民警察心理健康状况调查研究

目的探讨司法人民警察的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对广东省2324名司法行政系统人民警察进行测试。结果约34．56％的司法警察存在一定程度的心理健康问题，7．18％问题相关严重；司法警察在除人际关系外的所有指标上均差于全国常模；司法警察的不同亚群体间存在着差异，总体来说男性差于女性，中年差于青年，长工作年限的差于较短工作年限的，大专或以下学历的差于本科或以上学历的，一线岗位的差于二线岗位的。结论司法人民警察的心理健康状况不容乐观，司法警察的心理健康状况在不同亚群体中有不同的表现。

Investigations on Mental Health Condition for Judicial Polices

Objective To explore the mental health situation of the judicial polices.Methods 2324 judicial polices taken from Guangdong province were investigated with SCL-90.Results 34.56% judicial polices are in a bad mental health condition,7.18% are even in a very bad condition.Compared with China norms,the scores of SCL-90 of judicial policemen are almost significantly higher.There are some significant differences among different sub-groups of judicial polices.Conclusion Judicial policemen are relatively low in mental health.And different sub-groups have different mental health conditions.
