| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟益精补元汤治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法将150例少弱精子症患者随机分为2组,治疗组100例予自拟益精补元汤治疗,对照组50例予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊配合辛力诺片治疗,2组均治疗3个月。观察2组临床疗效,进行精液常规参数分析。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后精液量、精子数及活动精子百分率均较本组治疗前升高(P0.01),治疗组治疗后精液量、精子数及活动精子百分率均高于对照组(P0.01)。结论自拟益精补元汤治疗少弱精子症疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yijingbuyuan decoction in treating oligospermia and asthenospermia.Methods 150 Patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia were randomly divided into two groups.100 patients in treatment group were treated by Yijingbuyuan decoction;50 patients in control group were treated by Clomiphene citrate capsules and Xinlinuo tablet.Clinical efficacy and semen parameters were observed three months later.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（93%） was higher than that in control group（64%,P〈0.05）.Semen volume,density and motility rate in treatment group were increased in comparison with those in control group after treatment（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Yijingbuyuan decoction has obvious effect on oligospermatism. |
