| 摘 要： | 目的研究平哮合剂对哮喘豚鼠引喘潜伏期及气道炎性细胞浸润的影响.方法采用卵白蛋白致敏法制造动物模型.末次给药后24 h记录诱喘潜伏时间,并行支气管肺泡灌洗用于细胞记数及分类.结果平哮合剂能显著延长哮喘豚鼠的诱喘潜伏期,与模型组相比P＜0.05,并能明显减轻哮喘豚鼠气道内(EOS)的浸润,与模型组相比P＜0 05.结论平哮合剂具有明确的平喘、抗炎作川.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the influence of Pingxiao Granule on the incubation period of asthsma and the airway inflammatory cellular indiltration in guinea pigs.Methods: The asthma model was established by ovalbumin sensitization.Twenty-four hours after challenge,the incubatiod periods of asthma was recorded and the bronchoalveolar lavage was performed in order to examine the staff count and cytological classification.Results: Compared with model group,Pingxiao Granule could prolong the incubation period of asthma and relief the airway inflammatory cellular infiltration markedly,P<0.05.Conclusion: Pingxiao Granule has an obviously anti-asthmatic and anti-inflammatory action. |
