| 摘 要： | 笔报道55例进行双气囊电子小肠镜检查慢性消化道出血病人的护理配合。总结术前准备、术中配合及术后护理．认为：清楚．地认识双气囊电子小肠镜整体结构、工作原理，术前做好病人及器械的准备，术中准确熟悉地配合术进镜、做各种治疗．术后做好内镜的消毒保养等，是内镜室护士的配合重点。

| Abstract: | This article reported nursing cooperation of 55 patients with chronic gastrointestinal hemorrhage undergoing double-balloon electronic enteroscopic examination. After summarizing peroperative, operative and postoperative nursing, the authors held that mastering of the main structure and work principle of the machine, preoperative full preparing for patients and instruments, operative cooperating with valid insertion and treatment skillfully, and postoperative routine disinfection of instruments were key points for the nurse. |
