系统健康教育对首发精神分裂症患者家庭康复的作用

目的探讨系统健康教育对首发精神分裂症患者家庭康复的影响。方法将120例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例，对照组进行精神科常规治疗护理和康复指导，研究组在此基础上分3个阶段进行系统健康教育，采用阳性和阴性综合征量表（PANSS）、社会功能缺陷筛查量表（SDSS）和MorningSide（MRSS）康复状态量表（MRSS）评价出院后1年内两组患者的康复效果。结果研究组患者出院后1年末PANSS、SDSS、MRSS评分低于出院时，且低于同期对照组，再人院率也低于后者，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论系统健康教育对首发精神分裂症患者家庭康复有明显的促进作用。

Effect of Systematic Health Education on Home Rehabilitation of First Episode Schizophrenics

Objective To explore the influence of systematic health care education on the home rehabilitation of the first episode schizophrenics.Methods A total of 120 patients with first episode schizophrenics were evenly randomized into the study group and the control group.All patients were given routine nursing and rehabilitation guidance;those in the study group also received systematic health care education for 1 year.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS),and the Morning Side Rehabilitation State Scale(MRSS) were used to evaluate the rehabilitation outcomes of patients in both groups.Results One year after discharging,the scores of PANSS,SDSS and MRSS in the study group were significantly lower than those at discharging and those of control group at the corresponding time points.The rehospitalization rate of patients in study group was also significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion Systematic health care education can significantly improve the home rehabilitation of the first episode schizophrenics.
