| 摘 要： | 患者男性,36岁,汉族.因"反复肝功能异常1年"入院.2008年1月诊断"尿毒症",一直进行"血液透析"治疗维持肾功能;6月发现抗HCV阳性,HCV RNA 1.1×106 IU/ml;于6～12月采用聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a 180μg,每周1次皮下注射,联合利巴韦林900 mg/d抗病毒治疗,12月复查HCV RNA阴性,遂停止治疗.
