| 摘 要： | 将抗栓酶－３号（Ｓｖａｔｅ－３）注入实验性矽肺白兔耳静脉（０．２Ｕ／ｋｇ）观察６月。结果：实验组血浆和肺组织的丙二醛、血清羟脯氨酸及肺组织胶原蛋白的含量明显低于对照组；但肺组织的ＳＯＤ含量明显而于对照组。提示Ｓｖａｔｅ－３有一定的抗脂质过氧化和抗纤维化的作用。

| Abstract: | e injected Svate-3 of 0.2U/kg body weight into auricle veins of silicotic rabbits for six months.The results were as follows:The MDA content in the blood plasma and lung tissue,the HoP content inthe blood serum and collagen protein content of lung tissue in the experimental groups were significantlylower than those of the control group.But the SOD content in the lung tissue was signiflcantly higherthan that of the control group.The results suggested that Svate-3was somewhat resistant to the im-pariment of lipid peroxidation and to the experimental pulmonary fibrosis. |
