血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症临床分析

目的 对血液透析联合血液灌流的治疗方法进行探讨.方法 本院收集并治疗38例尿毒症患者,将38例患者分为随机两组,每组19例,分别为治疗组、对照组,在整个治疗观察过程中分别记录并且检测血尿素氮、血肌酐、白蛋白、电解质及临床症状等表现及情况.结果 治疗组中应用血液透析联合血液灌流的治疗方法,病人在整个治疗过程中改善中分子毒素所致的临床症状（疲倦、注意力不集中、恶心、呕吐）效果明显,其中除了2例发生低血糖的不良反应之外,没有不良现象的发生.结论 血液透析联合血液灌流是有效的尿毒症的治疗方法,能有效改善尿毒症中分子毒素所致的临床症状,是一种长期、安全、有效的维持性血液净化的方式.

Clinical Analysis of Uremia Treated by the Combined Hemodialysis Uremic and Blood Irrigation

Conclusion The combined hemodialysis uremic blood irrigation is effective treatment, can eliminate the psychological stress of patients, good effect, to improve the treatment of patients with life outside the more enhanced by check tolerance in uremia, is a long-term, safe and effective method to maintain the quality of blood dialysis, but also in the good results achieved.
