| 摘 要： | 目的建立天麻胶囊含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）测定天麻胶囊中天麻素含量。色谱柱为Hypersil C18，柱温35℃，流动相为乙腈-0．3%磷酸溶液（3：97），进样量10μL，检测波长221nm，理论板数N=7508。结果天麻素线性范围为0．313～3．13μg，r=0．99998；样品平均回收率为101．2％，RSD=2．5％（n=5）；天麻素与其他成分达到基线分离。结论该方法操作简便，结果准确，重现性与稳定性俱佳，可用于天麻胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a determination method for Tianma capsules. Methods RP-HPLC was used to determine capsules gastrodin content in Tianma capsules. Column was Hypersil C18, column temperature was 35 ℃, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.3% phosphoric acid （3 ： 97）. The sample （10 μL）, was injected and detected at 221 nm The number of board N=7 508. Results Gastrodin was linear within 0. 313 - 3.13 μg; the correlation coefficient r=0. 999 98; the sample average recovery was 101.2 % RSD = 2.5% （n= 5）. Gastrodin was separated from other ingredients at the baseline level. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and stable. |
