马钱子粉和马钱子微粉溶出度比较

摘    要:目的:研究马钱子粉和马钱子微粉溶出的差异,为马钱子的科学应用提供理论依据。方法:以马钱子碱和士的宁为指标,用HPLC测定马钱子粉和马钱子微粉在不同时间马钱子碱和士的宁溶出的量,计算累积释放率。结果:用桨法测定体外溶出度时,马钱子微粉中马钱子碱和士的宁累积释放度高于马钱子粉中马钱子碱和士的宁累积释放度。结论:马钱子制成微粉后,能改善其有效成分的溶出。

Abstract:Objective To study the dissolution rate of Semen Strychi prepared by (SFCP) provide theory proof for the application of Semen Strychi. Methods: The brucine and strychnine in the micropowder and powder of Semen Stryehi were determined by HPLC to calculate the cumulative release at different time. Results: The dissolution rate of the brucine and strychnine in micmpowder was significantly improved in contrast to powder. Conclusion: Micmpowdering could improve the dissolution rate of the brucine and strychnine of Semen Stryehni
