| 摘 要： | 目的证实益肾通瘀法对前列腺增生细胞凋亡有一定的影响。方法通过免疫组化的方法对临床不同组别患者前列腺组织细胞中bcl-2／bax的测定．来评价益肾通瘀法对人增生前列腺细胞的影响。结果益肾通瘀法能调节前列腺组织bcl-2及bax表达平衡，促进前列腺细胞凋亡。结论益肾通瘀法能使前列腺增生细胞的凋亡加快，延缓前列腺细胞增生，为中医中药治疗BPH提供了必要的理论依据，具有较大的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To prove the effect of the method oftonifying kidney and dredging blood tasis to the apoptotisis of prostatic hy perplasia. Method By means ofimmunhistochmisty, determines the expression of bcl-2/bax in the difference groups. Through the expression, observes the information of prostatic apoptosis, and evaluates the influence of the method to human prostatic apoptosis. Result The method bal ances the expression ofbcl-2 and bax protein. Conclusion It proves that the mechanism of curing BPH with method of tonifying kidney and dredging blood tasis is promoting prostate hyperplasia apoptosis, so as to prevent the BPH from happening, which will get a great application prospect. |
