摘    要:对中医证候基础持续50 多年的研究,使“证候问题”变成了“证候难题”,中医证候成了制约中医理论发展的“瓶颈问题”和关键的“科学问题”。探析“证候难题”症结所在,证候是具有“功能性结构”和“实质性结构”双重结构特性的独特复合体。揭秘中医理论体系固有规律蕴藏的数学科学内涵,探寻证候客观量化表征的方法,破译出证候的“功能性结构”,打通中医学理论体系知识创新的关键技术线路,为揭示证候的“实质性结构”奠定基础,才能有希望重新开启中医学理论创新与伟大实践的新时代。

Abstract:Study on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome has been lasted for more than 50 years, which made the "syndrome problems" become "syndrome difficulties". TCM syndrome has become a "bottleneck problem" and the key "scientific problem" which restricted the development of TCM theories. The exploration of "syndrome difficulties" showed that syndrome is a unique complex with "double structure", which contained the "functional structure" and "substantial structure". Uncovering the mathematical sciences connotation inherit in TCM theoretical system, exploring methods of objective and quantitative characterization of the syndrome, deciphering the "functional structure" of syndrome, can make a key technical route for TCM theoretical system knowledge innovation in order to reveal the "substantial structure" of syndrome. It is hopeful to re-open a new era of TCM theoretical innovation and great practice.
