| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨单导管射频消融显性旁道的方法.方法 食管调搏法初步确定旁道位置,采用单导管射频消融显性旁道,其中左侧显性旁道7例,右侧显性旁道3例.结果 本组10例患者,射频消融9条旁道成功.结论 单导管法射频消融显性旁道,仔细分析体表心电图及食管调搏结果可提供某些诊断线索.

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this paper is to discuss the mothod of ablation of manifest atrioventricular accessary pathways with single catheter. Methods This study include 10 patients , the ECG shows 7 patients with left-sided accessary and 3 right-sided accessary. Results These pathways were successfully ablated in 9 patients. Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation with single catheter appears to be a safe and effective method for the management of atrioventricular reentry tachycardia caused by manifest atrioventricular accessary pathways. The transesophageal atrial pacing(TEAP) could give some hints of pathways before the procedure. |
