| 摘 要： | 肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折在临床上较常见，近年来锁骨钩钢板（CHP）被广泛应用治疗肩锁关节脱位（TossyⅢ型）和锁骨远端骨折（NeerⅡ型）。我院自2000年7月至2008年7月采用CHP治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折81例，临床疗效满意，但也出现了部分患者疗效欠佳、患肩疼痛、活动障碍、肩部应力骨折致锁骨钩端滑脱、肩峰下撞击等并发症，现报告如下。
