| 摘 要： | 烟雾病是一种主要表现为脑底动脉环前部循环血管狭窄和闭塞的疾病。遗传和环境因素可能与该病的发病有关,但准确的病因至今不清楚。治疗上根据不同的病情采取手术或保守治疗。

| Abstract: | Moyamoya disease is a diseases with angiostegnosis stenosis and blockage in the former of circle of willis. Genetic and enviromental factors maybe related to its occurrence although its definitive etiology is not clear at present. The therapeutic methods including operation and expectant treatment should be made according to different pathogenetic condition. |
