真武汤对慢性肾衰竭大鼠肾功能影响的实验研究

目的:观察真武汤对实验性慢性肾衰竭大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:采用“单肾切除加腺嘌呤灌胃法”建立大鼠慢性肾衰竭模型。予真武汤灌胃治疗。每周测体重2、4h尿量和24h尿蛋白,给药4周后处死取血测SCr、BUN、血钙、血磷、红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量。结果:真武汤在24h尿蛋白量、SCr、BUN、血磷、血钙、血红蛋白方面的作用与模型组对比有改善。结论:真武汤对单侧肾切除后腺嘌呤性慢性衰竭大鼠的肾功能具有一定的改善作用。

Effect of Zhenwu Decoction on Renal Function in the Chronic Renal Failure Rats

Objective:To observe effect of Zhenwu decoction on renal function in the chronic renal failure(CRF) rats.Methods:Rat model of Chronic renal failure was established by adenine administration after unilateral nephrectomy.Zhenwu decoction group gavaged by Zhenwu decoction for 28 days.Body weight,24 h urine and 24 h urinary protein were measured in every seven days.After 4 weeks,blood samples were taken from the femoral artery.RBC,Hb,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,serum calcium and phosphorus were detected. Results:Zhenwu decoction group better than model group in 24h urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen, serum phosphorus,Serum Calcium.Conclusions:Zhenwu decoction has a protective effect on renal function in rats with chronic renal failure induced by adenine after unilateral nephrectomy.
