住院精神疾病患者攻击行为护理评估指标分析

目的分析住院精神病患者攻击行为的护理评估指标,编制护理评估表。方法收集81例具有攻击行为的精神病患者的临床资料,并与同期年龄、性别配对的无攻击行为精神病患者进行对照分析。结果青壮年、男性、文化程度低、经济状况差、缺少社会家庭支持、既往有不良嗜好和不良家庭环境史,病程短、首次住院是住院精神疾病患者发生攻击行为的危险因素。结论可根据攻击行为的危险因素选取护理评估指标,制定护理评估表。

Analysis of nursing evaluation criteria of aggressive behavior for hospitalized mental patients

Objective To analyze the nursing evaluation criteria of mental patients with aggressive behavior,and to work out the nursing evaluation forms. Methods The clinical data of 81 mental patients with aggressive behavior were collected, and compared with those of the mental patients at same age, sex and without aggressive behaviors. Results The aggressive behaviors of hospitalized mental patients are induced by these risk factors ：youth .man ,poor education.low income.lack of social and family support .bad habit and poor family environment, short course and the first hospitalization. Conclusion According to the risk factors of the aggressive behaviors, the nursing evaluation criteria are selected and the nursing forms are worked out.
