MEBO治病顽固性体表溃疡78例临床体会

作者自1990年4月以来，收治各种顽固性体表溃疡78例，全部应用MEBO（湿润烧伤膏）治疗，疗效显著。溃疡面积最大约13×9（cm2），最小约4×2．5（cm2）。病程最长者8年，最短者半年。外伤和术后刀口感染24例，烧烫伤33例，下肢静脉曲张12例，蚊虫叮咬手抓破感染9例。创面愈合最长38天，最短15天，平均21．10天，对患处功能无明显影响。

78 Cases of Intractable Surface Ulcer Treated with MEBO

78 cases of different kinds of intractable surface ulcers were treated with MEBO.The results were very satisfactory. The largest ulcer area was 13cm x 9cm and the smallest 4cmx 2. 5cm. The longest course of the disease Was 8 years and the shortest half a year. 24 cases hasinfected wounds post surgical operation or trauma, 33 cases had burn and scald wounds, 12 caseshas varix of lower limb and 9 cases had infected wounds resulted from mosquito bite. The longesthealing time was 38 days and the shortest 15 days, average healing time 21. 1O days. Woundshealed with good recovery of function.
