摘    要:采用电测实验方法探讨肱骨外髁翻转骨折的发生机制和合理的固定方法。取一具6岁儿童新鲜尸体的肘关节,处理后粘贴电阻应变片,模拟肘关节伸直和屈曲45°状态下前臂旋前、中立、旋后6种体位,和屈曲90°时前臂旋前、中立、旋后3种体位的应力测定,结果显示肱骨外髁前后部竖直方向的应变无论伸肘还是屈肘均为压应变,屈肘45°位为拉应变。肱骨外髁在屈肘90°前臂旋后位时,水平方向的压应变最大,中立位次之,旋前位时其前方呈拉应变。提示肱骨外髁骨折的好发部位是肘关节半屈曲位,骨折后最佳的固定体位是屈肘90°前臂旋后位。

Abstract:Electric test experiment was used to explore the pathogenesis and the reasonable fixation method on turn fracture of humerus condgle. An elbow joint of fresh child's cadaver 6 years was pasted electric resistance strain-slice after dealed with. The stress of forearm pronation, neutral, supination was determinated in simulating elbow joint extension and 45° or 90° of flexion. The results showed that extension or 90° of flexion was the pressure strain in vertical direction from the front and behind of humerus condgle and 45° of flexion was extension strain. The pressure strain in 90° of flexion and forearm supination was the largest in horizontal direction of humerus condyle and the neutral posture second. It was extension strain in pronation from its front. It is suggested that 45° of flextion of elbow was easily occured to the fracture of humerus condyle. It was the best fixation to 90° of flexion and forearm supination after fracture.
