经电子支气管镜肺活检对周围型肺癌的诊断价值

目的探讨经电子支气管镜肺活组织检查术对周围型肺癌的诊断价值。方法对95例可疑周围型肺癌的患者经电子支气管镜进行肺活组织检查术。结果确诊周围型肺癌63例(66.3%),其中腺癌37例,鳞癌18例,小细胞未分化癌8例;非特异性炎症6例(6.3%);结核8例(8.4%);阴性18例(19.0%),总确诊率81.0%。结论经电子支气管镜肺活检术并发症少、安全可行,对周围型肺癌具有较高的诊断价值。

The diagnostic value of lung biopsy by electronic bronchoscope for peripheral lung cancer

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of lung biopsy by electronic bronchoscope for peripheral lung cancer.Methods The lung biopsy in 95 patients with suspected peripheral lung cancer were performed by electronic bronchoscope .Results Among the 95 patients 63 cases (66.3%) were identified as peripheral lung cancer, including 37 cases of adenocarcinoma,18 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 8 cases of small cell undifferentiated carcinoma, besides there were 6 cases (6.3%) of nonspecific inflammation,8 cases (8.4%) of tuberculosis and 18 cases (19.0%) were found to be negative.The total definitive diagnosis rate was 81.0%.Conclusion It is of important diagnostic value to use electronic bronchoscope to carry out lung biopsy for the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer, which is safe and feasible, with few complication.
