| 摘 要： | 该应用失能(伤残)调整生命年(DALY)对哈尔滨市2001年乙型肝炎的疾病负担进行了测算，得出每千人口乙型肝炎的疾病负担略高于我国所处的西太平洋地区的平均水平，远高于发达国家。章还对防治该病可能给哈尔滨市所带来的经济效益进行了分析，指出如果到2015年该病全部DALY降为零，这将给哈尔滨市每年带来1215．95万元人民币的经济效益，而其成本仅为77．69万元。章建议我国实行疾病负担的测算，为政府制订卫生优先干预领域计划提供决策信息。 |

| Abstract: | The paper deals with the measurement of the disease burden of hepatitis B for Harbin City in 2001. The result shows that the burden of hepatitis B in Harbin is higher than the average burden in West Pacific Region countries and much higher than it in developed countries. The paper also analyzes the cost benefit for intervention. It concludes that the direct economic benefit of saving all those DALYs would be 1.465 million US dollars (1 US dollar=8.3 RMB yuan) against the cost of 93.6 thousands US dollars. Finally, the authors suggest that the government could launch the DALY estimation project for the decision use for making health priorities. |
