2008年浙江省血吸虫病疫情监测结果分析

为掌握血吸虫病疫情，提供制定防治策略的科学依据，根据《浙江省血吸虫病监测巩固方案（2007年修订版）》开展螺情、病情监测及晚期血吸虫病人救助。2008年，全省54个县的438个乡（镇）3751个村开展查螺，投工163145工，在21个流行县（市、区）中查出有螺面积96．05hm^2，解剖钉螺81821只，未发现感染性钉螺。查病199379人，未发现本地患者，但查到输入性病人13例。全省共救助晚期血吸虫病人1060例。浙江省血吸虫病疫情稳定，但残存钉螺面积居高不下，输入性病例时有发生，今后血防重点是查灭钉螺和防控外来传染源。

Epidemiological Analysis of Epidemic Status of Schistosomiasis in Zhejiang Province in 2008

To investigate the epidemic status of schistosomiasis in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide scientific information for programming the strategies of schistosomiasis control, the investigation of snail distribution, epidemiological surveillance and medical aid for advanced patients with schistosomiasis were carried out according to ＇ the guidelines for schistosomiasis surveillance and solidification in Zhejiang Province＇ in 2008. The results showed that the residual snails area was 960 500 m^2 in 21 counties. No infective snail was found among 81 821 snails dissected. 199 379 persons were subjected to serologic examination and no local eases were found, but 13 imported cases were detected. 1 060 advanced patients got medical treatment. The epidemic status of shcistosomiasis in Zhejiang Province is stable. However, there still existed large areas of residual snails, and imported eases occurred now and then, so the focal point of sehstosomiasis control from now on should be stressed on the eradication of residual snails and monitoring the imported cases.
