超声子宫造影对宫腔内病变的诊断价值

目的为了提高超声对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析92例子宫超声异常患者进行宫腔注水造影检查,必要时配合宫腔镜诊断及治疗的结果研究。结果宫腔注水后作透声窗超声检查对子宫内膜病变的显示程度提高,随着宫腔充盈程度的不同,病灶从显示不满意到清晰,并对其大小、形态、起源等作准确定位。结论宫腔注水行超声检查能直观显示内膜的病变。宫腔镜与超声结合起来,则能提高诊断的准确性,为选择合理的治疗方案提供可靠的依据。可以评价子宫黏膜下肌瘤经宫腔镜完全切除的可能性。

Ultrasonography with cavitary uteri affusion endometrial for abnormality

Objective To improve the value of diagnosing endornetral lesion by ultrasonography.Methods The review of 92 cases endometrial abnormality were checked by ultrasonography with cavitary affusion,cooperated with hysteroscope if necessity.Results After injection water,the endometrial abnornality were manifested more clearly,with the growth of filling of uterine cavity,the abnornality were manifested from unclear to clear,the size,shape and soure of the abnormality were analyzed accurately.Conclusion The ultrasonography with cavitary affusion can manifest endometriol abnomality directly,the combination of ultrasonography and hysteroscope can improve the accurate of diagnosis,and offer the reliable treatment way.It can evaluate the possibility of myonectomy.
