凝血酶加奥美拉唑治疗残胃出血的临床效果探讨

目的探讨凝血酶加奥美拉唑治疗残胃出血的临床治疗效果。方法对2012年1月至2013年1月于本院治疗的89例残胃出血患者做回顾性分析,将其随机分为2组,观察组45例,常规组44例,均进行常规治疗,采用奥美拉唑治疗。观察组患者在此基础之上,加用凝血酶治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行分析比较。结果观察组总有效率为97.8%,常规组总有效率为88.6%,以P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在治疗残胃出血患者时,应用凝血酶加奥美拉唑,可获得显著临床治疗效果,具有较高安全性。可靠性,值得临床广泛推广。

The Clinical Effect of Thrornbin Plus Omeprazole Explore Residual Bleeding
