感音神经性耳聋的MRI诊断

摘    要:目的:研究感音神经性耳聋(SNHL)患者的MRI表现,提高对其认识。资料与方法:回顾性分析304例SNHL患者的MRI资料,部分病例与CT作了对比。结果:304例中,76例(阳性率25.0%)发现与SNHL有关的病变共21种。听神经瘤为最常见病因,占病变总数的43.4%;21.0%(16/76)的病变被CT漏诊。MRI对膜迷路出血、炎症、小听神经瘤以及脑干小腔隙灶的显示比CT更具优势。结论:MRI对SNHL有较高的诊断价值,可作为首选的影像检查方法。

Abstract:Objective to discuss MRI manifestations of sensorineural hearing loss and to make a further understanding of the disease.Materials and Methods MRI findings in 304 patients with sensorineural hearing loss were retrospectively analyzed, and a comparison between MRI and CT was conducted in part of cases.Results Twenty-one kinds of lesions associated with sensorineural hearing loss were found in 76 patients (25.0%), in which acoustic tumor was most commonly seen (43.4%). The lesion failed to display on CT scans in 21% cases (16/76). MRI was obviously superior to CT in detecting membranous labyrinthine hemorrhage, inflammation, small acoustic tumors and tiny lacunar infarction in brain stem.Conclusion MRI has great value in diagnosing sensorineural hearing loss and, therefore, should be considered as the imaging examination of choice.
