大孔吸附树脂分离纯化朝鲜蓟叶中洋蓟素的研究

摘    要:目的研究大孔吸附树脂从朝鲜蓟叶中分离纯化洋蓟素的工艺条件。方法对7种不同类型的树脂进行静态吸附和动态吸附试验,以树脂的吸附量、解吸率、吸附速度作为考察指标,筛选出最佳的大孔吸附树脂,并研究所选树脂分离纯化的工艺条件。结果 LSA-21树脂分离效果最佳,LSA-21分离纯化的工艺参数为:以2 BV/h的体积流量上样,以3倍树脂床体积的50%乙醇以2 BV/h的体积流量进行洗脱,以此工艺获得的产品中洋蓟素质量分数为5.63%,灰分质量分数为0.61%,产品的得率为5.56%,产品质量满足市场要求。结论 LSA-21大孔吸附树脂综合性能最好,适合于洋蓟素的分离纯化。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the technological parameters of separation and purification of cynarin from Cynara scolymus leaves.Methods Seven different types of macroporous adsorption resins were evaluated on absorptive capacity,desorption rate,and adsorption rate in order to select the best resin and the conditions of the best resin to separate and purify cynarin were researched.Results It was found that LSA-21 resin showed better comprehensive adsorption property,flow rate of sample loading was 2 BV/h,3 BV/h 50%...
