| 摘 要： | 采用改良Ｋｅｓｓｌｅｒ法吻合修复１３７例１４８条屈指腱断理解，其中对７２例进行了随访，效果满意，文中对手术要点，早期功能锻练及术中注意事项进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Related here is the operative experience of improved Kessler method in re-pairing 148 broken strips of flexor tendon of 137 cases.Among them 72 cases were followedup 3 to 12 months and all healed satisfactorily. A detail discussion was devoted to the opera- tive procedures,early function exercises and points for attention. |
