苦参碱治疗慢性乙型肝炎高胆红素血症疗效观察

目的 观察苦参碱治疗治疗慢性乙型肝炎高胆红素血症的临床疗效.方法 将68例患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组32例,两组患者均采用甘草酸二铵注射液、还原型谷胱甘肽进行基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用苦参碱葡萄糖,对照组加用茵桅黄注射液,两组均治疗1个月为1个疗程.结果 1个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为97%,对照组为85%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗后两组ALT、AST、TBIL等指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 苦参碱治疗慢性乙肝疗效高胆红素血症有效.

Clinical observation on the therapeutic efficacy of matrine on chronic hepatitis B with hyperbilirubinemia

Objective To study the therapeutic efficaey of matrine on chronic hepatitis B with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 68 patients were randomly recruited into a treatment and a control groups.Diammonium glycyrrhizinate and glutathione injection were used in both groups.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with matrine injection.while the control group Was treated with Yinzhihuang injection.Both groups were treated for one month.Results The total effective rate was 97%and 85%in the treatment group and the control group respectively,showing significant difference(P<0.01).Indicators such as ALT,AST, TBIL showcd significant difference after treatment compared with the pre-treatment in both groups (P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective of matrine treating chronic hepatitis B with hyperbilirubinemia.
