| 摘 要： | 目的：提高原发性榆尿癌的诊治水平。方法：回顾性分析11例原发性输尿管癌临床资料。比较各种检查方法，总结诊治经验，结果：10例术后病理检查证实为移行细胞癌、术前经B超、IVU、膀胱镜及逆行肾盂输尿管造影确诊4例。结论：膀胱镜、逆行肾盂输尿管造影是诊断原发性输尿管癌的最基本的检查手段，治疗以手术为主。

| Abstract: | purpose:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of primary ureteral carcinoma.Methods:Data of 11 cases of primary ureteral carcinoma were reviewed to evaluate various kinds of diagnostic means and summarice the diagnostic and therapeutic experience.Results:9 cases were proved by pathological diagnostic after operation and 4patients had been diagnosed before operation byB-ultrasound,IVU,cystoscopy,retrograde pyeloure terography.Conclusions: Cystoscopy and retrograde ureteropyelography are essential for the diagnosis.Operation is the chief treatment measure. |
