| 摘 要： | 深静脉血栓形成（DVT）-肺动脉栓塞（PE）是目前临床上较为棘手的问题之一。由于肺动脉栓塞的病死率较高，近年来DVT—PE受到国内医学界的广泛关注。腔静脉滤器（Vena Cava Filter，VCF）置放术的成功开展已成为预防致死性肺栓塞发生的有效途径，本文含我们应用腔静脉滤器的工作体会，就腔静脉滤器VCF在临床实践中的应用价值和进展做一简要概述。

| Abstract: | Deep vein thrombosis pulmonary embolism(DVT-PE)is one of the clinical questionable diseases.The mortality of PE is much higher DVT-PE is the subject of intensive research in recent years The vena cava filter(VCF) implantation is safe and effective technique on preventing fatal pulmonary embolism.This article reviewed the value of clinical application and development of VCF. |
