派丽奥与牙康治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效对比

目的比较派丽奥与牙康治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法急性智齿冠周炎患牙120颗,随机分为3组。常规使用3%过氧化氢溶液和0.9%氯化钠溶液冲洗患牙冠周及盲袋,隔湿后在盲袋内分别置入派丽奥(派丽奥组),或牙康(牙康组),或2%碘甘油(碘甘油组)。首次用药后5 d观察疗效。结果派丽奥组、牙康组和碘甘油组的有效率分别为94.37%、81.08%及58.97%。经统计学分析,派丽奥组、牙康组分别与碘甘油组比较疗效差异有统计学意义;派丽奥组与牙康组比较疗效差异无统计学意义,但派丽奥组有效率高于牙康组。结论派丽奥与牙康治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效均较理想,使用派丽奥方便、疗效好,值得推荐。

A comparative study of periocline and yakang on the treatment of peri- coronitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Periocline ointment and Yakang on the treatment of pericoronitis compared with iodine glycerol. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of acute mandibular third molar pericoronitis were selected and randomly divided into three groups. In all cases, local area were washed with 3% hydrogen peroxide and physiological saline consecutively, and then treated with Periocline ointment, or Yakang, or 2% iodine glycerol. The effects were observed on the fifth day after the first treatment. Results The total effective rates were 94.37%, 81.08% and 58.97% in the Periocline ointment group, Yakang group and iodine glycerol group, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in both Periocline ointment group and Yakang group compared with iodine glycerol group. There was no statis- tical significance between Periocline ointment group and Yakang group, but the effective rate was higher in Perioeline oint- ment group than in Yakang group. Conclusion The Periocline ointment and Yakang are effective medicine for treating the mandibular third molar perieoronitis. Perioeline ointment is safe and convenient to the patient.
